An independent reference. Amber Almanac is not Rick Steves' Europe’s customer service team. The number above belongs to the company; we do not connect or forward calls.
The Rick Steves' Europe listing brings together documented channels and the context attached to them. Do not put passport details or a traveller’s full itinerary in a public review. A directory entry does not give its publisher access to a customer account.
Rick Steves’ Europe publishes one contact number with separate email routes for guided tours, merchandise and other questions. The telephone is a Washington geographic number, not a toll-free line.
Confirm amendment conditions and the complete price before agreeing to a change.
A post-trip complaint may use a different route from new reservations.
Keep cancellation confirmations with the original booking record.

Contact dates belong to individual routes. A newer editorial update does not mean every contact was rechecked on that day.
